FAQ
HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Our approach to coaching starts with the present moment and looks forward.
Your coach will assess your current situation and future goals. From there, they will develop a customized strategy that fits your lifestyle needs to put you on the best path towards achieving what you seek.
The coaching experience can be challenging, rewarding, and creative. There is no set outline as each of our clients are unique.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THERAPY & COACHING?
We take cash or credit card payments for services.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
The amount of time your work with your coach will be determined by your unique circumstance, the goals you are trying to achieve, and your dedication to the process.
WHAT DOES COACHING LOOK LIKE?
Your individualized coaching plan may consist of coaching sessions, readings, and different types of engaging exercises and life practices. This will help you identify goals from a holistic, global perspective that considers the mind, body, and spirit. These interventions are designed to get to the root causes of the blocks in your way.
There will be moments that are intense, raw, and emotionally challenging.
Throughout this process, you will have the direct support and guidance necessary to recalibrate old habits and replace them with new, healthier responses. This can include access to your coach via text messages, phone calls, emails, video chat, or in-person sessions.
HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL COACHING ENGAGEMENT LAST?
